Postage & Handling
Domestic
Please allow 3 business days for your parcel to be sent out. You should receive a notification once your parcel has been sent out with tracking information. Please check your junk mail as it can sneakily end up there some time’s.
During large restock periods our turn around time can be between 5 - 8 business days from when your order will leave our studio. Please note it can still take 3 - 8 business days for it to arrive. (
All our items are sent out via Australia Post standard postage with the most care. If you would like to arrange express shipping please contact for prices.
International
Yes we do ship Internationally! We are still working on updating our System to include more countries. Please send us a message for shipping prices if your Country isn't showing.
Customs & Import Duties
Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We’re legally required to declare the full value of your order and include an invoice for customs if needed. If you’re unsure about potential fees, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.
Can I add to my order?
If you wish to add to an active order that hasn't been posted out simply use the code: ADDON at checkout. This will waive any extra shipping charges and we will combine your orders.
What is an Open Box?
Open Box is an option for those want to shop multiple restocks & wish to save on shipping. Please note you will need to pay for shipping once you are ready to have your order shipped out. We will not ship out your order until you have contacted us that you are ready to have it shipped or paid for shipping.
This options saves you having to pay for multiple shipping.
